Easy, quick delivery

Horrible. I ordered a rug and it came ripped. They sent me a replacement and it was damaged again. They made me wrap it up and return it myself which was extreamly inconvenient. I will never order again

My order was here in about a week. The chair is beautiful. The directions are clear for assembly.

I ordered a 6x9 gray flannel rug pad for a living room rug. I received a PVC coated polyester 2x10 non skid rug pad instead. While my original order was part of a larger one, I had free shipping included. I had to return the incorrect pad, take it to UPS to send it back and order another (correct) rug pad and then had to pay shipping because overstock made a ridiculous mistake.

I purchased some upholstered dining room chairs in dark teal. They are comfortable, true to the color on the photo, and very easy to assemble. However I ordered too many by mistake! The customer service people were understanding and were able to get the excess picked up (for a fee of course but there was no way I could bring them to UPS). I received my refund within a day. Great service.
