My daughter was coming to visit. I ordered a mattress for her to sleep on. The order stated that the mattress was to arrive on Friday. It did not arrive on Friday ... or on any other day. The only thing that arrived was a notice stating that the order was canceled. There was no apology, no explanation, no anything. I still don't know if my money has been refunded.

If you try to ship to your second home beware If you are using Apple Pay. It will override your shipping address with the billing address. Now it’s shipped to another state. Customer service told me I can change the location with UPS which charges more than the table. To cancel it takes 2 days for the warehouse to respond and by that time will be shipped already

I ordered blue sheets and a gray shampoo. I got gray sheets. I called and they gave me a return table. No ment6of me needing to box it up. It cost me 5 dollars plus my time. I called back because I was made that your mistake cost me time and money. The first girl hung up on me and I called back and ask for a supervisor and was told I needed to explain why I needed a supervisor so again waisting my time . I tell the story for a second time and then I'm told a supervisor would call me back with in 2 hours . It's now been 3 days and no call from a supervisor. I will Never buy anything from overstock again.

I ordered the table and it came in a timely matter. It was in perfectly good shape easy to put together. It looks beautiful in my living room.

I bought a beautiful pair of 24 inch pearls. That were exactly what I wanted. An excellent quality that were about 40% cheaper than the other sites.

The dresser we bought was very well made however we are a older couple and it took us hours. Not sure if you have a choice to have someone else put together. Like I said well made pretty pink and she loved it. So great price well made and we received really fast. Just not good at putting together.
