The Labor Day sale price was terrific and the item was delivered in a timely manor. A couple of days late but with the holiday I wasn't surprised. I will order from them again.

Almost every single part and piece was missing aside from two. Which is a lot considering it was a chair and all I received was the back and the seat. No feet, no tools, no screws…
Response from Overstock.comSep 21, 2026
We are truly sorry to hear that your chair arrived with missing parts. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an incomplete order. A return for a replacement was submitted for you on 09/11.

The delivery was made right at the front door. Not notified when delivery was coming. Chair was perfect in color and matched my husband's lift chair. Chair was packed very well.

Ordered item 9 days ago and received no updates. Will order ever arrive? Sent email for status check on order without response. VERY Dissatisfied with lack of communication.
