Horrible shopping experience especially when you don't have an account with them. All returns are processed over the phone in that case, and those agents will do anything but to give you a return label, even when the item was not as described, they will tell you it's your fault and will charge for return shipping.
Response from Overstock.comSep 21, 2026
We are truly sorry to hear about your return experience. We understand how important a smooth return process is. A return for a refund was set up on 09/14 and prepaid UPS label sent to your direct email.

You asked for ratings long before the item arrived. The quilt came two days ago and I am very pleased with it. Just felt, how can I rate my order when it hasn't arrived?
Response from Overstock.comSep 13, 2026
We appreciate your feedback regarding our request for a rating before your item arrived. We are reviewing our process to prevent this.
