The website and ordering process was great. The prices are great and free shipping is fantastic. I did get an order confirmation email but I did not get a tracking email until the day my product delivered. I had to try snd look on the website for order status and it said I had no orders. Maybe that was because I wasn't registered with an account. Overall, the product delivered as promised, we were very happy with the quality and packaging. Great experience altogether.

Overall happy with the product and delivery but frustrated by the links that don’t work. I got an email about my purchase being shipped but when I click on the link to track, it shows nothing and that I haven’t made any orders. Also the “start return” link doesn’t work. This is pretty pitiful for a company this large. Absolutely love the rug. Colors and quality are excellent. Didn’t experience the shedding that others wrote about.

I found the part that I needed for my steam shower. The price was lower than other sites. My only concern was that the estimated delivery date was not provided. I usually use the steam function in the winter so the delivery was not urgent. I received the part the day after I ordered. Great service and free delivery made this a terrific experience.
