Arrived broken and the fabric torn. Very uncomfortable couch. Beautiful color and design. Not practical, due to firmness and shipping damage.

I only received a portion of my order and customer service assured me that they would get right back to me about when I could excpect the rest of it. It has been 36 hours and I have heard nothing

We are very sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete. We understand your frustration. We did investigate this with our warehouse and provided updated tracking on the purchase.

Ordered two different beds and both were auto canceled after five days with no explanation. Dont waste your time.
Response from Overstock.comSep 21, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the automatic cancellations of your bed orders. That was most likely due to an inventory concern with our warehouse. The beds have been fully refunded.

We have ordered in the past & purchased a chair that was too big of a scale wise for our room & they gave us a full refund! Certainly didn’t expect that but it worked out to donate! Always wanted to do business with you again, so we ordered the futon for our camper! Thanks again.
Response from Overstock.comSep 20, 2026
We are so happy to hear that we could help you find a solution for the chair and that you had such a positive experience! It's wonderful to know that you decided to shop with us again for your camper's futon. We truly appreciate your continued business!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I received a FAULTY item, and Overstock REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. I did not damage the item, change my mind, or simply decide I didn’t like it. The item was faulty, and all I wanted was for Overstock to stand behind the product they sold me and replace it. Instead of taking responsibility and making the situation right, they refused to replace it and left me stuck with a defective product. What is the point of ordering from a large company if they will not stand behind the merchandise they sell? Customers should not have to lose money because a company sends them something faulty and then refuses to correct the problem. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Overstock. I will not purchase from them again, and I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them. A good price means absolutely nothing if the company won’t help you when there is a problem. Save yourself the frustration and shop with a company that actually stands behind what it sells.
