Overstock had more selections. Was able to find a furniture piece made of almost completely wood. So quality is quite good. Price point was affordable also.

Missing pieces so you can't actuallly build the thing you ordered. Plain and simple. The AI chat bot says it can put in the order for that part - says it did it - but never really did - and if you don't follow up the 30 days will expire leaving you screwed.
