I regret purchasing thru Overstock. Had I ordered elsewhere, for similar price, return and refund would have been guaranteed and much easier. Will not be purchasing from Overstock again because of the return/refund policy.

The two lampshades were darker than expected and carried a $22 shipping charge which practically wiped out any discount applied. When I called (2 days after delivery) to request return and reorder, I found out it would cost me $33 to return. There is nothing noting restocking fees on returnable items. The guy on the help line finally reduced the price to $17, so now I will have spent $39 for nothing. The price of each shade was only $34–before tax and shipping. Highly disappointed.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration caused by the lampshades being darker than expected. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have confirmed your return was received and a refund issued on 09/18.
