The product I ordered was not exactly what I thought it was. The directions to put it together were not clear at all —there could have been much more detail .. It seems like a ‘translation’ into English . Pictures in the directions were not that helpful — could have been better.

Starting with the delivery, it was 5 days delayed without any follow up. Once they arrived, 2 chairs were stained . I sent an e-mail this morning with photos of the chairs and I'm hoping someone answers my email as to how to do a return and replacement.
