I was simply amazed at the quick service and care with which the desk was packed. An appointment was made with me to assure I would be home and could let the deliverer put it in the garage for me. It has a beautiful finish and couldn't be more pleased.

I haven't gotten my first order yet but the shopping experience was fine,the prices are jacked up but the products are sometimes unique or hard to find anywhere else,I paid a lot for a shower curtain that I'm hoping has quality and durability.Thats the true test.

Love the product selections and the prices.

fast and high quality

I ordered 3 Bar stools. 2 showed up well packaged and protected. The 3rd one clearly had been assembled before. Everything in the box was unwrapped and un protected. The stool legs have clear damage on them, and there was hardware missing.

It was my first experience with over stock and was very nervous to give my credit card to purchase the bag, tks god everything went go except the delivery part with UPS it took them three days to deliver first time they need signature the 2nd day oh the signature supposed to to here not there and I was really really upset the 3rd day I took off from work and didn’t want to miss the delivery stay home until 12 noon the driver showed up it cost me lots of aggravation and time I took off from work it was a first time I had this experience never happened before. I know you’re company required signature in way is good but it is lots of headaches Ferri.
