The silverware was the lowest quality I have ever seen. It is cheap and thin and it would be an embarrassment to put it on my table

I ordered on Sunday evening. On the same Sunday evening I tried to cancel the order but was unable to do so either via phoen or online The online attempt said it coudl not find my order. On Monday at 10 AM i called to canel the order but it was too LATE! How could that be when the customer service phone line fro Overstock does not even open until 10 AM EST. Terrible business model My wife and I will never shop Overstock again.
