Great lamp, exactly as shown.

I purchased an item on September 22 at around 9 to 10 PM Pacific daylight time. At 11PM, I realized that using my Apple Pay to purchase replaced my shipping address to my home address. I immediately sent an email to overstock, notifying them of the error and asking them to change the shipping address. On 9/23 I received an email from Overstock stating that they could not change the address and that it would arrive on 9/24 (the arrival date when I purchased the item was 9/28). I also called the company at 10:15 the next day and asked the bot running the phone intake for the change. On 9/23 I received an email from overstock telling me there was no way to help my product get to the appropriate address and giving me a UPS tracking number. The UPS information noted was headed for Detroit Michigan, which is not either my home address nor the shipping address. I sent an email back saying that this was an error, and received an apology with a new UPS number; (with no information on the arrival date and no further reference to my request to correct the shipping address). I was directed to UPS to change the shipping address which would cost me over $50 (more than the item cost to purchase). I am not happy with Overstock, and would recommend that no one should use their company.

I placed an order, then tried to cancel because I ordered the wrong size. When I went back in to cancel, your system said "you haven't placed any orders". Then, I got an email saying the order shipped. I click on "view order". Get the same message. I couldn't cancel the order because I can't access it. I called and was told it was too late to cancel because it already shipped. I still can't open the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. HORRIBLLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A TERRIBLE PLATFORM.

This potting bench looked intimidating with many parts when I opened the box but it went together well with help from my husband. I like the size and ample storage. It shipped very fast.
