Great little foot stool. Great price and arrived in very reasonable time frame!

Shipped to wrong address due to Overstock system reverting to my prior address. I called them when I received the shipping notification to let them know prior to the delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address anyway. Overstock told me it was my fault and they could not do anything about it because it was a Marketplace vendor. So, the people who bought my prior home got a free table and I got nothing! Terrible customer service. Treated me badly on the phone. Won't ever shop Overstock again.

Return of wrong color item! Great help on phone for return, but had to pay $13.90 return fee! Amazon does not charge me. Linda Blackmer

First I never received a confirmation of my order. Second I received an email saying it had shipped, but when I tried to track the order it said no results found. I tried to contact you via email but never even received a response
