The rug pad I ordered was fine. The packaging was terrible. It was in a thin plastic bag that must have ripped during delivery. The pad was sitting out on my damp and dirty porch with no protection. Otherwise, I was happy.

I cancelled an order because I forgot to add my welcome coupon and then reordered and tried to add coupon which was not accepted. Both charges are still on my card and credit has not been issued for first order cancelled within minutes of placing it.
Response from Overstock.comOct 6, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the issue with your coupon. We have confirmed both your shoes were cancelled and fully refunded.
