I am disappointed in Overstock because Overstock claim they had a product in stock. I paid for it and a day later told me they had to cancel the order and refund my money with no explanation. This is the second time Overstock has done this to me.

Your website is horrible. When I was first looking at the rug it wouldnt let me pick any size/color no matter what I did. Finally I gave up and left the site. The next day the rug i wanted showed up in feed- ONLY then was i able to order it.

The product was damaged when we got it. We were able to shift the damaged parts to where they weren't seen. We figured returning the item and waiting for a new one would be time consuming. Plus, the second one could get damaged as well. Not your issue really, but it is the issue for the logistics people.

Cancelled my order and said it was a security issue, but customer service rep could never get security on the phone. After a 30-minute wait, she gave me a security phone number. 866-211-0729. But there is always a message that they have stepped away for a meeting, please call back in 30 minutes. Same message, all day, every day. What a ridiculous excuse for a customer service system.

My Ottoman was a delivered in good condition on the day indicated at purchase. However throughout the transaction I was not able to get updates on shipping status or location of my item.
