The rug was a little darker than the photos but mostly true to color and the quality is high. Very thick and soft. The checkerboard border isn't two seperate colors, but one color tufted in different directions. In bright light its really clear, in dimmer light or from an angle its more difficult to see

I ordered some outdoor furniture yesterday that says it would be delivered to me by this coming Friday. I still have not received a confirmation email regarding my order and the charge on my credit card is still pending. I am going to be extremely disappointed if Overstock advertised a product that it didn’t have to sell and cancels my order. My outdoor furniture arrived a day earlier than expected and is terrific. I never received an email notification regarding the order or its delivery, but I am very pleased with the product and shipping time.

Apparently Overstock cancelled my order. I don’t know why. When I called and asked why they responded that someone would call me back with a reason by the end of day. No one called. They finally responded and refunded my payment. There was an inventory problem

To say that Overstock has a wide variety of everything needed for a home is an understatement. However, what is absolutely remarkable is their low prices compared to other online sellers. I just bought a rug that is being sold for five times the price elsewhere. Secondly, their shipping time is really fast!! I love that they underpromise and overdeliver!!

It's insane to have things be out of stock and not know that for 3 days. I assume this means there's lots of out of stock items on here and you're false advertising how much is available. This was my first time trying overstock, I doubt there will be a second.
