My order when I click on it via email…
My order when I click on it via email says it doesn't exist but they took the money from my account. Hopefully something shows up.

My online order was cancelled…
My online order was cancelled for reasons that have not been made clear to me in my order history. Not only am I waiting for my refund, but it also is unclear if the first purchase discount will be refund or applied to a new purchase.
