My order was delivered to the wrong address. No updates until I called customer service who advised they couldn't do anything because it was left at a home already. I called another rep who advised they would try to get me more info by next week. This rug was ordered almost 3 weeks ago now.

Great chair, great design, easy to get up out of. I like the curved back which makes it more comfortable, the material is very nice and smooth and has just little flex to make comfortable. Only thing I would change is to make the back a little taller as it does not come high enough to support my head unless I slump a little. I’m 6 feet tall. The specs in description also lack that measurement as well which is aggravating.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with the comfort, design, and smooth material of your new chair. We appreciate your positive feedback and are happy to hear that the curved back and flexible support have made it easy for you to use. We also value your honest feedback regarding the backrest height for taller individuals and the missing dimensions in our product description.

Description indicated fully assembled. Item is not fully assembled . I received 4 emails each with 1 item shipped that I could never track. I actually ordered 6 chairs so I was not sure what was coming or when. I did receive 6 chairs but was not notified and was not aware when they were coming
