The Overstock website advertised these barstools as fully assembled with no need to assemble. WRONG!!! They showed up in boxes requiring assembly. I am 80 with arthritis in my hands. I got 3 chairs and it took me 3 1/2 painful hours to assemble because the holes did not align for some of the screws. Believe Overstock owes me money for the painful assembly.

Need to pack items better, 5 of the 8 chairs arrived damaged. 3 completely unusable with cracked broken wood and nails protruding. 2 others had deep gashes and scratches in wood and one was missing foot of chair entirely. These are nice chairs and sturdy, capable of holding hundreds of lbs. and they should not have broken with proper packing and transport. However, Overstock is offering to replace 3 of the 5 chairs and offer a discount to us on the two scratched. We accepted this offer.

I was sent the wrong rug. Cannot give a review because I did not order the color and it doesn't work for me. I have been trying to return it and can't get customer service to send me the authorization to make the return. I just received the item 2 days ago and already am aggravated and stressed with lack of customer service. Cannot give a good review on Customer Care as there has been none.

We sincerely apologize for sending the incorrect color and for the difficulty you have experienced with setting up your return. We understand how frustrating this situation is. You can reach us at [email protected] for assistance.

The site listed this bracket as 8”, it is not 8”!!!! With the clasp it is 8 1/2” so its to big. I had to return it and originally they wanted to charge me return shipping, however, customer service reached out and refunded the return shipping charge.
