Great selection of high quality rugs at value prices. In addition, it was easy to return one item that did not fit as expected.

My order was canceled with no explanation. Worse my money was not fully refunded as the items were on sale.

It was on sale and my 1st buy on a big rug on the internet. Never know what you're going to get. It's beautiful and matches our decoder beautifully.

Received a table that needed to be assembled. Upon the final stages of assembly it became apparent that a piece with a manufacturing defect would be prominently visible on the table. Overstock.com would not replace the table or send a replacement part (table out of stock), and would not refund me fully unless I returned the table. That would take hours of disassembly, not to mention I would never be able to fit it back into the box to ship it back. Given that it was a manufacturing defect, I felt I should have been given a refund without having to return the table. As it is I will give the table away while as it is unusable to me like this, but still have paid for it.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the table. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient it is to assemble an item only to find a defect. You can reach us at [email protected].
