My order was mistakenly delivered by the carrier to the wrong address in an entirely different state. I contacted Overstock Customer Service, and the support was truly exceptional. The representative took immediate ownership of the situation, looked up the stock, and arranged a replacement to be sent out right away while they handled the carrier error on their end. It is incredibly refreshing to see a company empower its employees to make fast, customer-first decisions. Thank you, Overstock, for a seamless experience—and for the wonderful confetti touch in the shipments! Highly recommend!

WHAT A JOKE! Overstock cancels my order without any notification as to the reason. I connect on chat, they can't help me. They give me a phone # to call...JUST TO GIVE ME ANOTHER # to call. I call the # and now I have to go to a website to find out why my order was canceled. I'm done, I don't need to go through unnecessary busy work to order furniture. Absolutely NONSENSICAL!!! On top of that, it messed up my plans to have the furniture ready when my tenant moves in. Thanks a lot! Thought I'd give Overstock a try again, and they proved themselves again. It is crystal clear, I will never use Overstock again.

Rug is very plush and a beautiful color. Heavy enough to not need a rug pad. I had no issues with shipping or delivery, and it was shipped quickly.
