Order a product, got a confirmation and was supposed to be shipped and delivered on Oct. 8. Received an email on October 10 saying shipping is delayed. No future date of delivery or anything and Overstock charged my credit card before the Order was shipped. Needless to say, I cancelled it and hoping that the refund my credit card in a timely matter!

Mostly fine but for some reason my set of 2 chairs is being shipped each chair separately. The delivery was delayed 3 times which meant I had to adjust my work schedule each time be be available to receive the delivery. I have not received the second chair yet and there is no update to the tracking after stating it was delayed and would arrive in October 8, 2026. I plan to call to find the status of my order and I am sure customer service will be able to assist, but all this inconvenience and confusion are unnecessary and affects the customer experience.

Items look different from pictures. And it's expensive to return. So will not buy anything in future that I'm not 100 percent sure of.
