Easy to shop and order. Speedy delivery. Attractive, well made product. Only problem was missing hardware which I won't complain about if the requested missing parts are sent to me soon.

I like the products offered on Overstock. I find the styles to be contemporary where the design of the furniture and rugs that I have found can go even in a traditional room of my house. The quality of their products is also very good. I haven’t had any issues with delivery where item was chipped or missing; packaging has been very good.

I originally posted a review because of incorrect delivery information and after the review was posted, I was contacted by Customer Service to address the issue. After speaking with Bella Ref # 35451378, she was most understanding and professional to help correct the issue and problem. The bed frame purchase is now being returned via UPS as of today and we are grateful (hopefully) that the refund promised when you receive will be honored. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate that you worked with us to solve the situation.
