We bought eye glasses from Overnight glasses. They broke after a few days. They refused to give us a refund even though we sent the glasses back to them! Still not refunded. Beware!

Horrible experience with customer service. Placed order and recieved a package the following day with incorrect frames and prescription; pretty sure it was someone else's order. Contacted OvernightGlasses via email and was informed they would reship my order the next day. Two days later (the afternoon that replacement order was to be delivered) I recieved an email stating my selected frames were out of stock, so I requested that my order be cancelled and refund issued. It's now been 7 working days since my initial cancallation and refund request and over the course of 3 emails I cannot get confirmation from OG on my refund so I am forced to dispute the charge with my CC company.

I tried to order a pair of glasses, and actually took their claims seriously about next day delivery. When I went through checkout, there was no option for next day delivery. Not only do they NOT deliver next day, they don't even bother to have anyone answering their phones. Don't bother with this ripoff company. Update: After intercepting UPS and refusing the shipment, Overnightglasses refunded my money.

False advertising! Took a full week to get my glasses! Customer service is the worst! Didn't respond to emails or phone calls after 3 working days of not receiving glasses (they say next day for single lens), when they finally got back to me they said they would ship that day, but it took 2 more days before they shipped. So yes I did receive my glasses but a full week and a day after placing order.

It took me forever to get my glasses back from them with no communication. I got sick whenever i wore them and it was hard to see out of the lenses because they bent light in a weird way. Finally took them to the doctor who told me the company put the wrong prescription in them. Contacted company and they said i would have to send my designer frames back to them so they can examine them themselves and fix it. no thank you. what a waste of money

Twice failed to ship glasses on promised schedule. First time I ordered three pairs and they left one out. Only sent after I complained. The second time I sent designer frames for replacement lenses paying for expedited shipping. They put glasses in USPS rather than using agreed expedited shipping. When I detailed the considerable inconvenience and expense caused to me by this, customer service was unresponsive then finally only offered to refund the shipping fee. Since their mistake has cost me more than the order I have now disputed the entire fee with my credit card company.

They sent my glasses back with the wrong prescription. They sent me a label to send them back to get corrected which I did. Now they will not respond to emails or phone messages and have apparently lost my glasses so now I’m out $463 for the lenses, $100 for my frames plus I am blind.

They advertise that they can provide replacement lenses for your own frames. They even send you a prepaid label to ship them. However, they broke two designer frames that I sent them, very expensive frames. An offer to replace the frames with frames from their old, inexpensive, out of date inventory is not a satisfactory resolution. I am looking for reimbursement for these frames. I better get it.
