Ordered 6 days ago, glasses still haven’t shipped. I’m glad I was just testing the service but I wouldn’t use them again since they don’t do the thing they specifically advertise. Will update regarding quality when I get the glasses. They don’t appear to guarantee anything so it’s a gamble to use them for their advertised purpose. EDIT 4/24/25 I wanted to give them another shot so I ordered at 11:15 am on a Wednesday. They say they can get it to you next day if you order before noon. They’re in California and I’m in Washington state. Several hours after my order I received a phone call, text and email that my requested frames were out of stock. I responded within 5 minutes to the email but just received a note that I will not get my glasses in the advertised time. I would highly recommend not relying on them.

delivery was late. Arriving after I was leaving for an extended period of time. Company says delivered, but no proof is provided. None. For almost $400 I expect a picture.

Ordered and paid for 1 day delivery. That did not happen, indeed it's now 2 days and my order has not yet arrived. Phone customer service was smarmy and, frankly, dumb, and my email was never responded to. Alternatively, I just bought two pairs of nicer frames from Zenni, with 1-4 day delivery and it was less than half the price for the one pair from overnight glasses.com. Evidently they use UPS Economy Overnight for their overnight service and my experience with UPS and that level of their service has been consistently abysmal. Update: Seller has misrepresented several of the facts in this matter, including the alleged weather delay, and the fact that it was they that initiated the return to sender order to UPS. The CSR I spoke to said she was doing as much! Just another example of the incompetence I experienced. I have NO interest in these glasses now, as previously explained to you. The contract was for overnight delivery, and that date has long since passed now. It ws not JUST inconvience that you caused me, but also my time and money. Your empty apology and self-serving offer are not accepted. I'll await my timely refund, and will contest any attempt at charging me for your failed transaction. Kindly acknowledge you understand as much, as the email I (finally) received from you indicated this.

I've been waiting 2 weeks now and no glasses. Extremely disappointing, they now claim UPS lost the package. Misleading advertising right from start... They're associated with another company called "K-MARS Optical" located at the same address. "K-MARS OPTICAL is the company who supposedly does the lab work.. Many complaints at BBB regarding this this company. They state corporate offices located in Delaware, which is false, the company located at the address they publish on their website never heard of "OVERNIGHTGLASSES" and is in the process of filing cease and desist procedures.

I’m sure this company is capable of producing a good set of lenses, but I was not so lucky as to receive a good set. In fact the lenses I received are horrible. They are progressive lenses and I am absolutely accustomed to Progressive lenses so that is not the problem. The problem is that the lenses have horizontal distortion that is so bad as to make the glasses not just unpleasant to wear, but positively dangerous to wear. But I’ll leave the description of the lenses at that. The real problem is that after speaking with three different representatives by telephone, and making several complaints by email, I’ve received a lot of promises but no action from the company on my problem. Twice the representatives have said they were sending me packaging and postage to Return my lenses, but I never heard or received anything afterward.It has been several months now and I have given up on receiving any satisfaction from the company, but I keep receiving their email ads,and each time my anger is rekindled. Finally I have gone to the trouble to find a way to submit this review, something I have never done before. if you get a usable set of lenses on your first shot, good for you, but I wouldn’t expect much if you have a problem. Their response to my problem has been almost as bad As the lenses they sent me. I will for sure be going to a brick and mortar store for my glasses from now on.

The worst customer service I've experienced in years. I kept contacting them because after I was finished picking out my lenses, my cart's total was $233. Then I put in a coupon code that they sent me and the total jumped to $342. After i contacted them, they told me to use another coupon that wasn't close to covering their mistake but since I needed my lenses I purchased. Then I went to print the label to send my glasses and there was an error and I was told to contact them with a given phone number. I left several voicemails and sent several emails and no one has addressed either issue. They just keep sending me emails telling me I haven't checked out. But I have the credit card charge to prove I have. I'm now trying to cancel my order and will dispute charge as soon as it posts.

Ordered a pair of of glasses because mine broke. I thought this was a company that produces fast glasses. I needed a pair for work and I am currently without glasses. I ordered them on Saturday. Paid 380 USD for a pair of Raybands with prescription lenses. They tell me it will ship out Monday overnight. Okay, so it's not overnight but still fine, maybe I should of ordered a more basic pair. Mondays comes around, get a email at 1 am it's been delayed and that it will arrive on Wednesday. Okay, I still am without glasses but at least I will have them when I need them. Today's Wednesday and I was told it's been delayed again, this time just saying 1-2 buissness days. If I had wanted to wait a week for my glasses I would of just went to a local place. This is simply unacceptable for 380 dollars. (After a 90 dollar coupon, it was 470 before).

Lenses scratch way too easy. Junk. Buy from LensDirect.
