I've had a number of Overnight Glasses (.com,) frames and lenses. The products are superior. The quality of assembly is better than I've ever gotten anywhere. Even if I select a product out of stock due to popularity in my size, they fill it a day later on time with no qualms, by same day shipping, which is exceptional recovery. Their people are efficient and on the money. I have only extremely good and great/excellent to say about Overnight Glasses. Most of all is that they can be counted on. When it comes to glasses: that's what counts the most! I have to give them kudos for professionalism, reliability, quality, product quality, merchantability and customer service. I walk into a street glasses company out there, those companies act like even seeing me, they're doing me a favor and should not be irritated to wait days or weeks. Not Overnight Glasses! Wonderful company... The best. They've set a new standard for quality of experience! Keep up the great work, OG!

Order date: 8/28/2024 UPS lost my package for several days and overnight glasses sent a new pair at no cost to me. Awesome!

I'm a big fan. I sent them a pair of frames which broke during production. They replaced them with the exact same frame at no cost. Production was perfect.

I was in a pinch to get my glasses. I had a lens pop out while doing yard work and couldn't find it anywhere. I needed them in two day to start work at a new job. They were able to get my glasses to me faster than anyone else. I would definitely recommend.

Before ordering with these folks, I had tried to order glasses with three different companies, I got fed up with the week+ long wait times or lack of responsiveness or terrible customer service (I spent 47 minutes “requesting” to cancel my order with one company’s bot and haven’t gotten my money yet). Literally RIGHT after I ordered with this company, they reached out to me within like an hour to ask me about a discrepancy in my prescription with what I was ordering. I’ve never ordered glasses online before—usually just get them in store, but it takes forever so wanted to try online—and I was accidentally trying to get progressive glasses when I should have been getting single vision glasses. None of the other companies let me know this, they just kept me waiting and waiting for days as I guess they tried to resolve it (or not). But these guys flagged it right away, and then were super quick to get back to me to answer my questions and help me fix it—even late at night via email!—to confirm they had changed the order and answer another couple questions I had. And then they shipped my glasses the NEXT DAY!!! I can honestly say this is the first time in a long time that I haven’t felt like the whole optical industry is colluding to make my life hard. It’s sad to say that it’s rare to feel, I guess, taken care of by a business nowadays. I hope they keep up the GREAT customer service and prompt care! I will never buy glasses from anywhere else. This place is honestly the future they actually do what they say and FAST!
