We have ordered from Mike a few times now and each time we are totally impressed by the prompt service and the quality of the product. Living in California we were hesistant to buy online from Ohio - but after the first purchase, we have a hard time justifying a buy anywhere else. We'll be back....

This is my second purchase from Mike and every time I am very impressed with the value. I purchased very high quality GIA diamonds for a three stone ring for my wife 10 years ago.. The ring has always appraised for more than I paid and right on the 4C. I just purchased nice earrings with EGL rating and Mike did say they would appraise for 3-4. Color grades less and 1 clarity grade. They did come in 3 color and 1 clarity and the value appraised much higher. Mike and I exchanged several emails to find just the right pairing and price. He was very prompt and easy to work with. I would recommend Mike to anyone and to my sons when they are in the market for engagement ring.

I can not begin to express my satisfaction and gratitude with the service, quality of product, and value my husband and I received in purchasing my dream ring. Buying an engagement ring is never stress free, and to add the uncertainty of Internet shopping on a large purchase sounds like additional unnecessary risk, but dealing with overnight diamonds (Mike McGivern) via live chat and email could not have been easier.
