McGivern DiamondsReviews of overnightdiamonds.com

I had a wonderful experience working with Mike at McGivern Diamonds. I had looked at a couple of local jewelry stores and was also searching a few online stores and almost went with another online company, but the CS was not very good so I decided to keep looking and am very glad I did. I was able to find just the Diamond I wanted at the right price point. Mike was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. My Diamond was not in local stock, so I had to wait a few days, but Mike kept me updated on the status. The Diamond arrived today and it is exactly what I hoped for. I took it to another jeweler to have it set and while he would have liked to have sold me a Diamond he commented on what a beautiful stone I picked and he could tell I did my research. He said it was comparable to his Diamonds that sell for twice what I paid. I must admit I was a little scared to buy online, but I am so happy I found McGivern. I will happily refer them and look to them for future purchases. Thanks Mike for a great experience!

I was nervous about purchasing a diamond without seeing it first.....I am SO happy that I went with my gut (and the good reviews) and purchased it from McGivern's. You cannot beat the price for the size and quality of diamond that you will receive. Mike McGivern was very good to work with, very honest and trustworthy, and follows through with their philosophy of excellent customer service. Thank you McGivern Diamonds!

I got to know Michael and his family 11 years ago when I purchased the diamond for my wife's engagement ring through them after having done months of research. Michael was extremely patient and informative spending allot of time teaching me about the balance of facets, clarity, culets, etc.. so I could make an informed decision. I have sent about a dozen of my friends to Michael over the years and all of them raved also about their purchases and deals. My mom recently wanted a new engagement ring after over 54 years of marriage and was walking on clouds after Michael and his family generously spent the time to make sure she got exactly what she wanted at a great price. I can't say enough good things about them! Once you use them you won't think of going elsewhere.

Dealing with Mike McGivern is the same as dealing with your best friend!! He is honest and true to his word. I have purchased from him on several occasions and he has never let me down. Thanks Mike!!

I did not spend a tremendous amount of money with McGivern-- but Mike, the owner, treated me as though I was his most important customer. He answered all of my questions promptly and honestly, helping guide me towards the right diamond for my budget and needs. By the actual time of purchase, I felt 100% confident in what I was going to receive, which is very impressive for an internet purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend McGivern to anyone looking to make a jewelry purchase, large or small. Keep up the great work Mike!

Michael McGivern's knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. I will seek this company out for any custom work or possibly some diamond earrings in the future.

I went to McGivern Diamonds (overnightdiamonds.com) after a long search for the perfect diamond for an engagement ring. Their prices were the best around and they had a great selection. Michael McGivern, the owner, was the most professional and caring person I have ever dealt with in the retail world. Michael personally responded to all of my emails within minutes. The ring and stone were absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely go back for my next diamond purchase. I highly recommend McGivern Diamonds and I promise that you will be impressed with the service and quality that you get.

I was looking for a 10 year anniversary ring for my wife and we were getting the run-around from our local jewelers in San Francisco. We were looking for a Fancy Yellow diamond cushion cut with a very specific ring setting. Our local jewelers were very slow to respond and had limited options to look at. So we decided to go online. I considered BlueNile as well, but found McGivern had a better selection for what we were looking for. I ordered the diamond and then the ring setting over Labor Day weekend which included multiple emails with the owner. He was extremely responsive even over the holiday. The ring was delivered before I expected it and it is perfect. My wife is thrilled. Outstanding experience.
