McGivern DiamondsReviews of overnightdiamonds.com

My second purchase from McGivern's and certainly not my last. Mike was willing to work with me on a special item for my wife's Christmas gift. Actually increased the diamond size with no additional charge to "make it look right"! I would most highly recommend this company!

Buying a diamond sight unseen on the internet had me nervouse at best. I did months of research before making a purchase so I was definitely an 'informed buyer', but still had my doubts. McGivern Diamonds offered a great return policy and after speaking directly with Mike my fears disapeared. He confirmed that the diamond I had selected (.78ct, J color, SI1, excellent cut, symmetry and polish) was one of his favorites, referring to and reading me his notes, and made sure that I was completely informed and comfortable. The diamond arrived in two days and I cannot overstate how beautiful it is, it literally looks like it has a fireworks display captured inside. I put it on my pinky and walked around the house and saw that every little ray of light sets it afire. I used a 7x loupe to see if I could find the 'twinning wisp' and saw nothing, but did notice that the setting was perfect. All I need now is for my girlfriend to say 'yes' when I pop the question on Christmas morning! Many thanks to Mike and team.

Michael is just fantastic. He has always given me the best advice, the best quality gems, and incredible service. A spontaneous gift idea the week before Christmas, a call to Michael and the solution delivered in less than a week. When I called Michael, he looked up my past purchase--maybe 10 years ago---remember the item he made and it was like I saw him last month. His pricing is so transparent you can see you are getting a very good price, and his personal service can't be beat. I did visit his shop years ago as I was concerned about buying over the internet. Never a problem with deliver or security. Try finding IF-D perfect diamonds at a chain store!!! Simply the best.

Buying any product on-line relies upon a trusted relationship with the seller. Diamonds, due to their variations in quality and pricing, requires even more trust with the seller. Mike at McGivens Diamonds has proven to be a trusted and reliable diamond broker. He is honest, fair and does what he says. I would not hesitate in buying more diamonds and diamond jewelry from McGivens Diamonds. GARY 12/21/13

Twice now I've trusted Mike to pick out a beautiful stone for me and twice I've been thrilled. The service is second to none and the prices are amazing. McGivern is the only place I shop for diamonds.

I would recommend anyone looking for an A+ experience from start to finish to deal with McGivern Diamonds. From the helpful information that the owner gave me over the phone and through email to the speed at which they processed and shipped my order, I could not have asked for a better company to do business with. My engagement ring showed up not more than 20 minutes ago and I instantly felt inclined to share my amazing experience. I know that my (hopefully) future fiancee will love it. Thanks again Michael!

First time for me to purchase jewelry/diamonds online, and it's a little scary at best. Michael was available and very helpful. I received my order in time and am very pleased with the product. I would use him again and would not hesitate to purchase diamonds again from him.

Michael McGivern answers the phone, replies promptly to emails, and goes the extra mile to earn a 5 star rating from me. After I ordered an engagement ring, I email him to ask if he could get it to me 3 days early, as we were leaving for Jamaica, where I planned to pop the question; I even offered to pay an additional fee. Despite the holidays, his prompt response was "I think I can do this. There will be no extra charge." I received it on the exact day I requested. Thanks!
