Pretty rings but not the best quality for the price you pay
The ring was as pictured and my fiance loved it. However, after wearing it for less than two weeks, a stone fell out. I contacted the company asking what could be done. They requested pictures which I promptly sent and then did not hear from them for several days. After nudging, the replied and said they could send a replacement stone and that we could take it to a jeweler to get it refitted and the other settings tightened. The settings shouldn't need tightened in the first place with how much I paid for the ring. They did not offer to cover the costs to fix the ring even after I pointed this out. I did receive the replacement stone (and an extra) rather quickly.
