I made some changes to the ring I bought. They got back to me about the design within a couple of hours, and I was happy with their work.

Ring was exactly as shown delivery was just under 3 weeks as promised size was right.

Customer service was really great, kind, and helpful! I was a little skeptical at first spending that kind of money on the Internet, but they are legit! She absolutely loved the ring!

The customer service was unbelievable. Fast responses and easily understood what I wanted and needed. I orders quite last minute but my wedding band still came days before my wedding. And it fit so perfect with my engagement ring. My engagement ring is unique and it was hard finding the perfect fit. Well they made it perfect. I highly recommend oveela ❤️

At first I was nervous and apprehensive about doing business with Oveela online. These days you can never be too careful with your finances on the web. HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT OVEELA IS AN AMAZING COMPANY!!! They are very friendly and professional. The artists kept in touch with me the whole time from start to delivery!!! They even let me pick out the stones I wanted!!! ( i ordered a moss green agate center stone with small opal side stones.) I am extremely satisfied with the product I have received and I am very happy with the short shipping time! (Gunna propose to my girlfriend of 12 years on our cruise to Alaska!) The ring even came in a nice velvet box along with a free item!!! I cannot recommend Oveela enough to anyone reading or thinking about trying this company out!

I was a little skeptical at first due to lack of reviews, ECT. About it being a scam but I decided to go out on a limb and ordered one anyway. It turned out perfect! Any question I had they were quick to respond through email. All in all great experience and I recommend!
