I contacted Ovation about three weeks ago gave them my information. Last week I spoke to Samira Mahzah and at that time she told me my IRS balance was resolved. Talked to a representative who called the IRS to get my status from the IRS. He told me I was in collections and he would place a hold on my account so I would have no further problems. Then after discussing the fee and telling me they could not help me, I called the IRS directly and found out I was not in collections. Avoid these people. Do not give them your banking information. It is not necessary as part of due diligence. Scammers. Google top 10 Tax Relief Firms. These people are not on it. Not even close. Choose someone else.
