Staff Appreciation
I appreciate the staff taking on my case with the IRS when all I was doing was spinning my wheels and getting nebulous answers to my questions. From John Monaco, Maya London and Alex Trinidad, they have all kept me in the loop on the progress from onboarding down to the crux of my case. Thanks to Alex in contacting the right agents at the IRS, he discovered that my wife and I may be victims of identity theft due to fraudulent tax filings. Although I feel some relief, there is still a long way to go before resolution. However, I'm confident working with Alex T. that this issue will eventually get resolved (the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my case is still pending).
