Bait and switch company. Charged me for the first month of services without actually doing anything. Was told that the first charge had already gone thru and was not able to be refunded. How? It went thru just fine 6 mins before. Edit: I have gotten with Ovation Credit and have agreed to give them another shot, so far Tishanna has been efficient, my score has gone up 18 points in about a months time. However I will need to see more to be able to unequivocally recommend them. Will update soon.
