I was an employee of this company. We walked into work one day and they just fired everyone. Had a bunch of people move to the Jax office a few months before. They left everyone high and dry especially the sales team. And this company is ultimately owned by LENDING TREE

So today the drew funds from my account and won’t refund and said they’ll give me one month service. Tell me what one month of repair service is gonna do? I want my hard earn money refunded! I was harrassed by a credit analyst named Wesley Wells who claimed to work for the company, then SCREAMED at me on the phone “HOW COME YOU HAVEN’T DONE THIS YET.” When I responded “thank you for calling, goodbye,” he left a voicemail asking what happened and proceeded to tell me I was “excited” about hearing about these services.

Don't do any business with these people I had very horrible experience they took money off my card without permission an won't refund me EDIT: they even replied on here but still ignored my email right after they commented on here what a crook of a business 🤣

Worst customer service. I called to dispute a charge that i had cancelled, and they wont give me my money back and they keep giving me the run around.

Please accept our apology if the final bill was confusing. Our final invoice is prorated for partial month service, much like cable and mobile phones. It's unfortunate you were with us less than a month as it can take up to 45 days, sometimes more to hear back from the credit bureaus.

I was just coming out of Bankruptcy and needed some assistance with my credit. Ovation wasn't my first choice, Lexington law isn't available where I live. I needed to cancel my services with Ovation. I sent emails, called, sent more emails, and placed more calls only to get voice mail without any response nor any responses to my emails. However, they did charge me. And then, after they charged my account I started hearing back from them. I was reminded of the cancelation policy, which I don't remember actually getting anything that stated cancellation is required at least 45 days in advance. Now, I don't know about you, but I don't have a crystal ball warning me of life changes, so I don't always know what my future holds. Sadly, Ovation didn't care. Nor did they care I tried calling weeks in advance of this occurring. I went back and read the Disclosure statement, it still doesn't state you have to cancel that far in advance, directly. If you read between the lines, you might be able to determine this, but, not everyone holds a Criminal Justice degree and can decipher such cryptic disclosures, too bad it was after the fact, lesson learned here. So, to save you time and money, don't use them. They didn't do anything to help me, absolutely nothing. Don't use them, don't use them, don't use them. EVER!!! Try Lexington Law first. Or do it yourself.
