Outsource Data Recovery Made Everything Easy
When I dropped my laptop and damaged my flash-drive, I was afraid that I had lost the data forever. I researched several data recovery companies, but I had concerns about cost and the privacy of my data. Outsource Data Recovery made everything easy. They put my mind at ease regarding the protection of my privacy and their costs were very reasonable. They kept me apprised every step of the way and their pricing structure was completely transparent. Once they got my broken flash-drive, it was less than 2 weeks until I had access to my data again. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more professional company to work with. The bonus? I spent hundreds less than I was quoted from other companies.

Irreplaceable family videos were on a…
Irreplaceable family videos were on a completely dead, very old hard drive. I looked for recovery companies online and Outsource had positive reviews and I decided to give them a try. They tried to repair the drive but without success. They said that they could try and recover data and I had them go ahead, although it would not be inexpensive. I just received the new hard drive where they loaded the recovered files. Everything is there and, watching some videos that I haven't seen for probably 15 years, I consider the price paid to be one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them most highly.

Excellent friendly professional…
Excellent friendly professional service, were able to recover my data from a failed HD. From the time I shipped them the HD (and replacement new HD) to receiving my data back was ~2 wks.
