Just a little too expensive. I think they should have a discount for individuals. HOWEVER, trust me, my hard drive was corrupted so bad, that I tried 5 different recovery softwares. None of them worked, and had to be refunded. I sent off my drive to Outsource Data Recovery and they were able to recover all 3TB of files which were lost in this corrupted hard drive. Every single file remained in tact, and so did the file structure. Super fast turn around too. I would recommend this company to anyone with a HD problem.

I am very happy with my experience with Outsource Data Recovery. They were able to recover most of the data from my "dead" external hard-drive including over 25,000 family photos. The service was quick, and they keep you in the loop all the way along. The customer service is actually amazing! I felt like I had a friend who worked there and was looking out for me and my data. My only criticism is the way the website seems misleading with regards to the price of this service. On the home page there are bullet points describing $60 repairs, and Data Recover Service Fees of around $300, but these "teasers" fail to reflect the fees charged for "Degraded surface or memory ($449), or Cleanroom Service ($499). I was expecting to pay between $300 - $500 for my recovery (based on the homepage teasers), and was very surprised when my Service Quote arrived with a Total of $1,247. After doing more research, I discovered that these fees are actually fairly normal, but still, it was shocking. Overall, I am very happy with this service, and would definitely recommend ODR to anyone! (Just understand that the recovery fee will probably include an additional $950 for the services that I mentioned.)

These folks performed a service, and did it for much less than I was quoted from other companies. I received email updates every step of the way. I look like a hero to my client. Will definitely use them again.

Mine was a simple fix. Prices were comparable.they have their own clean room.

I had a hard drive that got damaged. This drive contained about 1TB of photos that were so important to me that I really needed to have them recovered. I went on line to look for a company that does recovery and found that Outsource did and seem to be very successful at the recovery process. I called them and talked to Alex and he said that if I mailed the drive to the company that he would look at it. If it was impossible to recovery my pictures that I would only be charged a small fee to determine if it was possible. I thought this was fair. He was successful so I paid the higher predetermined recovery fee. It was worth the fee to get all my photos back. I would highly recommend Outsource Data Recovery to retrieve files form a damaged hard drive. They did an excellent job, were fast and the price was good.

I managed to destroy my Samsung Note4 when I spilled a full travel mug of coffee inside a tote holding my phone. The entire process was just amazing! Beginning with initiating a work order, to the hand holding that Alex offered me regarding my options for data recovery and what to expect, to and including the rescuing of all of my data followed by the provision of the data in an easy to download zip file that I seamlessly moved to my replacement Note7--all of it, just amazing. Alex is patient and obviously knows his stuff. I never plan on ruining another phone, but if you do--CALL THESE GUYS!
