This company is the best!!! There is not one bad thing I can say about it. I had a drive that didn't work no matter what I tried. I contacted them - they emailed me a prepaid label, I mailed drive to them, they contacted me to let me know drive was received and assessment would be done within 2-3 days. I got notified in about a day and was advised what needed to be done - all I needed was a new circuit board and repair was successful. The price was $60!!! That was it - they didn't try to rip me off. In fact, they said I could call them if I had any questions. I had gotten quotes from other companies ranging from $500 and up - most were closer to the $1,000 range! I was also offered the option to transfer my files onto a new drive (a very plausible idea had I not had a docking station for external drives) which would have been for about $100 more. I will tell everyone I know about them. They are worth their weight in gold!!! I was so happy with their work that I called my technician, Chris, to thank him when I received my drive. What a great company!!!

I needed a part for a hard drive that I was trying to repair so I ordered it from Outsource Data. I never physically repaired any drives before (just took them apart) but there are a lot more to it than just swapping parts. Outsource Data advised that he could try to bring the drive back and gave me a free estimate. They sent me a shipping label and they were able to bring the drive back to life for only $75. They also refunded the original part that I ordered. Prompt shipping and great service. It was well worth $75 to get our data back but not $1,000s that other companies charge. I will use them again when my customers fail to backup there drives.

I knew it was an electrical problem, two other companies could not repair the drive and wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars to recover the files. Outsource had it repaired and on its way back in less than 2 says and for less than 100 dollars. They have any future business and referrals I need. Thank you.

For over three years, I used the same flash drive almost every day. I kept a monthly calendar, balanced my checkbook, managed my bills, etc. When it stopped working, I did what most people would do. I desperately searched the internet, watched videos, visited online forums, and I was not able to have any luck. I chose Outsource Data Recovery due to the positive feedback I read while looking for a data recovery site. The customer service was outstanding both by email and through the chat feature. They were able to save all of my data and for a reasonable price!

I can only offer the highest praise for the service i received. They had my estimate ($ 60 as promised !) the day after they received the drive, and it was shipped 3 hours after approval !!! No games, gimmicks or extra charges - Highly recommended to anyone with a hard drive issue. Started out with a hard drive PCB replacement that outsourcedata sent out to me, it ended up bad. After notifying them about the problem and without asking for a refund or replacement. Upon Outsourcedata receiving the bad board they immediately issue me a refund. I sent in my old bad hard drive PCB for repair and after filling out project form online and form of payment, the next day I was notified that my board was sent out for return back to me. Now that is a fast turn around. I did contact Chris about my problems, he was knowledgeable about the issue and had a professional phone ethic. All n all I am quite please with my service with Outsourcedata and look forward of doing more business in the future with them.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Everything about my experience went great and I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone and they have a lifetime customer because of how well my experience went.
