I got all my data back at a reasonable price and with great customer service, not much more to ask for.

Fast and affordable, the best!
I sent my hard drive in for a free estimate with the shipping label they provided me. They gave me a really good price so I authorized the repair and my drive was fixed and returned to me in no time. They offered many options for shipping, and for the way the data could be recovered. Very polite customer service and professional. Highly recommend!

Remarkable support
The service was remarkable and the best I have experienced in a long time. I did not think that I was able to recover my drive but they put me at ease with their knowledge and support. A huge thanks.

ODR got all my data back
I was able to ship them my harddrive and was able to follow the progress online. The price for recovery wasn't cheap, but I was able to recover data I had not backed up. Lesson learned

Excellent service!
This was a fabulous service. They fixed my hard drive for a fraction of what it would cost with the manufacturer. Their quote and their work was a very quick turn around. They were available for questions before and after they completed the work. Very impressive service!
