Straightforward, solid business
They do exactly what they say they will in a prompt, professional, friendly manner. It's a little annoying to have to make yet another online account for a service I will likely only use once, but it does admittedly make the process smooth and confusion-free. They are prompt to follow up with you and are straight-forward about every charge and service. If you're local, I would recommend trying to save money on shipping your media and just dropping it off, providing your own USB/hard drive for transferring, and picking it up yourself, because otherwise, the shipping costs and the cost for them providing their own transfer media add up really quickly (I had to pay an extra $49 for them to transfer my media to a brand-new flash drive that would normally only cost $10 at a store). But then again, it's a service, and they do what they do very well. I got back all of the information on my damaged hard drive with no issues.

Great customer service and great repair …
Great customer service and great repair service. They fixed my hard drive for only 60 dollars and for that I would have had to pay about 1500 dollars in my country. Thank you very much. My data is recovered and I'm very happy.

Professional and Prompt
Professional and Prompt I can not say enough good things about Outsource Data Recovery. They quickly and effectively cloned an old unreadable SCSI disk that was a logical volume of a vxfs file system running on a HP-UX 11.11 server. The cloned disk worked perfectly. Thank you all very much!
