Turned out to be way more expensive than I expected. Also took a bit longer than I expected. It has been several weeks and I still do not have my disk back.

They Delivered
To be very honest I did not expect them to recover anything that had been deleted on my android phone. I had been through a lot of companies in Columbus and none was able to recovery anything then I was referred here by my son. A week later everything turn out great! Everything recovered even though the pricing was bit high I was pleased with the competency of the work

Recommended by BitWit...Good call
Recommended by BitWit, so i used them. Good interface, great phone response, great email response. A bit pricy but what the heck. I was not able to download the recovered files using my windows software and Outsource recommended some other software to use. I didn't like that. Either it works or it doesn't ... I don't want to have to install a bunch of stuff to get the files...Great response when I called and asked for them to do that and send me a thumb drive...(by the way ... that was a delivery options which I didn't accept at first, but wish I had...just a couple of more bucks and they do it right...

SUCCESS
All went well and they recovered our data. The timeline was quite long (two-three weeks) but they achieved the ultimate goal and we are grateful.
