NEVER pick up the phone or respond to email or voicemail
They are brilliant and funny guys in person. However they made me sign up for a completely scammy iPostal1 for a "digital mailbox", which charged me $35 and apparently sent documents to Outside The Box for final approval. Despite me being right there in their shop on St Marks, after the remote "notary" the Outside The Box guy said my docs will come down to him to approve any second. Then he claimed they were not there. I left town and over the next three days I called the store 20 times. They never pick up. I wrote two emails, on Thursday and Friday, they have not responded. I left two voidcemails, they have not responded. I am so humiliated. My iPostal 1 was never approved by them, and iPostal simply refers back to "the mail center" (being Outside the Box shipping). I was forced to extend my current mailbox and no longer want this service from hell, and feel my $35 was basically stolen. They should not refer to this scammy app if they are not going to actually provide the service. Plus; if they never - and I mean never - answer the phone, email or voicemail - how can one really have any mailbox with them? There is zero value in having one with people whom you cannot contact. I can get that at USPS.
