Very positive experience with Outreach. The platform is easy to use, well-designed, and helps streamline outreach campaigns effectively. Everything feels organized and intuitive. Definitely a useful tool for professional outreach.

BT has kept me languishing for over two week without an internet connection , or landline . BT engineer was useless , stayed literally 5 minutes . Just had Everton Rowe Outreach engineer , at last someone who knows what he is about , it all took time , at last I am back on line . Thank you Everton , he knows his cricket . I have to say my first review was not good but I reached out to them in one last effort to solve our issues and they were absolutely incredible in their response. The CEO himself was instantly responsive and I am still in awe at they took the time to help a small start-up with only four seats get answers and problems solved. Even with the issues we had, it was worth the time and effort to keep working through the issues as it is the most intuitive and efficient tool for BDR's out there. Believe me, I have tried quite a few in an effort to learn which would bring the most value to my teams and Outreach is it.

A massive thanks to Openreach for dealing with and fixing a faulty line in to our school intruder alarm system. A special mention to the engineer who arrived swiftly and worked tirelessly in the freezing cold, thank you 5*. Case 14174493.
