I gave it a shot and tried the trial subscription but they wrote off -€59,99 from my bank for a year subscription. I tried contacting and they replied with "im sorry for the inconvenience, we've succesfully cancelled your subscription". But no refund.

they keep billinng me even tho i don't have a subscription. when i look at my subscription there isn't one and when i tried to contact them the email doesn't work and when i went to their support to write to them i cant because the link dosen't work

Randomly getting charged every month despite having never even heard of this company (in USD when I'm based in the UK). Have never set up an account so I don't have a subscription to cancel. Not sure how they even got my credit card details...

Output are very unclear when you cancel or pause your subscription. I just paused meaning to cancel my subscription and I'm now going to have to pay for another month when the account unpauses. I've felt they re deliberately unclear with terms before trying to catch you out into paying.

This company is so unhelpful and unreliable. After PAYING for the subscription, and getting promised a gift card, they sent the gift card, when I went to claim it (says instant) it goes on hold. I message them for 10 days and then finally say my account is suspicious and they are taking the card back. Lol. Suspicious. I signed up and paid for the subscription!!! Do not work with this company. Edit to the response they just left. There was not a bunch of sign ups or whatever they just said I literally didn't even have one. Just my own sign up so he then to say it was fraud is completely ridiculous

I have canceled my membership with Arcade in 2020 which I have proof for and they have been charging me until this day and I wouldn't even have noticed unfortunately if my bank didn't make me aware of it. I'm trying to reach them for a refund but no one is getting back to me. I wouldn't recommend it.

Total scam. Every time Ive pressed the "Cancel my Subscription" button on their website they've still renewed my subscription and the only way to stop them charging my card is to go through customer support - who are also a nightmare. The sounds are ok but gets old quick.

All of a sudden, the plugins forced med to re-authorize. When I tried, i got a response saying I had used up all available activations. Apparently, the number of unlocks is limited, and apparently the limit is really really low, since I have only switched computers twice over the last 10 or so years. So. Then you have to wait for support, for a day or two at best. If this happens in a live situation, you're F'ed. In a weekend mix session, you're F'ed. On a deadline, you're F'ed. Copy protection preventing a paying customer from using the product paid for (in a fair way according to license agreement) is simply not ever OK. Not ever.
