Hello again! As I mentioned in your other review we would be happy to look up this transaction for you and get it refunded. Chances are, your partner signed up for a free trial that rolled into a paid subscription. Or your credit card was used by a friend, family member or possibly stolen. It's unfortunate but we see this happen often. Companies don't steal credit cards, thieves do. Output.com is a music tech company based out of LA.
