Looked at all the reviews but still decided to give them a try anyways and disappointed like all the other customers. Had to call because I received an order refund without a reason. Once I called, they claimed the item wasn’t in stock anymore but even posted it back on their site and Amazon which was at a higher price. Claimed it’s an error but seems very fishy almost like they changed their mind on the price and just said it was out of stock so they can sell it higher. Trust the reviews and just buy elsewhere.

Hi! I create order without creating account in your store After filling in all fields (credit card, address) i click “place your order” and nothing happens. All my steps i do from mobile phone iPhone I check all fields again and press “place your order” again I don’t receive any confirmation messages on my e-mail! Then i check my money in credit card and see two same paid to you store How can this do??? I need to cancel my second order! Then I create account with same e-mail, from what I create orders Then I don’t see my orders in my account ink.dude(at)mail.ru

I ordered, well in advance for my 7 year old son. Many excuses, at the end of the day no product. I would skip this company as they are unorganized and more so leave children unfulfilled.

Non-existent customer service. I received the wrong size hat and attempted to get a replacement. They refused to even respond to my emails. I finally had to dispute the charges with PayPal and only received a partial refund. Avoid these people at all costs.
