Bought an espresso machine just over a year ago. Was having some issue with my coffee maker, contacted support, received instructions to try a few things and in the end they've sent me a replacement. Love it when good products also have good customer support. Couldn't be more satisfied overall.

A Outin realmente acertou em cheio. A máquina é compacta, bonita, prática e, principalmente, entrega um café excelente. A possibilidade de preparar um espresso de qualidade praticamente em qualquer lugar é incrível. A construção também passa uma ótima sensação de qualidade, e a praticidade no dia a dia faz toda a diferença. Para quem ama café e quer levar essa experiência para qualquer lugar, vale muito a pena. Recomendo demais!

I got the Outin nano and to be honest can’t believe how good it is was always looking to make my own coffee when I am out and about This machine is amazing If Outin could make something to heat milk and froth it would be the business

Amazing experience\! ☕️🤎 I ordered the coffee machine, travel bag, grinder, and several accessories, and everything was excellent quality\. The machine is easy to use and makes amazing coffee\. The grinder is also very good, simple to use, and works perfectly\. The bag is practical and great for carrying and protecting the machine, and all the accessories feel premium and well made\. I’m really happy with everything I ordered\. The quality exceeded my expectations, and most importantly, the coffee tastes incredible\! Definitely worth it\. ☕️✨

Update 25 agosto: Dopo aver contatto l'assistenza e spiegato la mia situazione specificando che la garanzia fosse scaduta da 3 settimane, mi hanno comunicato che pagando le spese di spedizione me ne avrebbero mandata un'altra del colore scelto da loro, quindi cambio recensione ed esprimo la mia soddisfazione.
