Initially gave a 1 star review when my machine stopped working and I was unable to get any satisfaction from customer service. Happy to update my review now that a replacement machine has arrived (but it shouldn't have taken a negative review to get some attention). The machine itself is a great gadget and I hope the replacement lasts longer than the original

Received as a birthday present I love this product and from what I was told delivery was fast and in the UK came with Royal Mail. My only gripe I wish they just did a bundle pack with the nano basket plus so if you just want that you can buy it without the other two bits as it’s just more things to loose somewhere down the line! I’m sure most people if they want the dual basket plus upgrade they aren’t going to be that interested in the pods basket or single ground. Even if they are they are also available as a purchase. I work in aviation and cannot wait to take this traveling so long bad hotel coffee!

I’ve been using the Outin Nano for over a year and it’s been a reliable travel espresso maker. Great build quality, solid espresso, and very convenient for on-the-go use. Battery and heating time could be a bit better, but overall, it’s a great product for coffee lovers who need portability without sacrificing taste. Recommended!
