Just received the espresso stand and scale, they look much better than the image on wed. Really like the scale comes with the case, good fit and well protected. Wish the stand would come with case as the scale.

Got my Outin Mino Christmas set and Outin Claro. I like the shape of the Claro being circular and the function of the scale. A bit expensive for what it is and I dislike the thermal mat that sits on it as it is just loose and has no grip to the scale. The Mino I love for taking to work and having my coffee with it. Many people are interested in the device.

Product is good, batery life varies based on grind size

The Outin Nano portable expresso machine and accessories are well made of good quality materials. When I received the machine, I gave it an overnight charge and used it the next morning. The device could only brew 2 long shots of espresso. Outin promises 3-5 on a single charge. Upon reading my review, Outin reached out to me, saying it sounded like a defective machine. They sent a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at this proactive customer support. The new Nano arrived faster than the original. For a fair test I gave it an overnight charge and brewed my beverage. 1 long shot done, 2 long shots done, 3 ... all with room temperature water. Much better! It could not manage a fourth shot without a recharge. As these were all long shots, this is within the promised performance range, I've upped my star rating. The Nano is compact and not too heavy if you'e an expresso lover. I purchased the case and stand, but for my second test I used just the replacement machine out of the box. It's great that it beeps when the water is hot, just before it starts pumping, so you can let it heat on its own then grab it to hold over your cup. The resulting expresso is only as good as your beans and grinder. I have very finely ground regular expresso, and slightly coarser decaf (had to use my hand grinder as the burr grinder is loaded with the other beans). Both brewed up quite nicely, although the finer ground tends to end with water still on top of the grounds when i take it apart for cleaning. None of my shots had crema. I suspect continued experimentation with grind could improve that, and honestly, it's not that critical for me.

No response to my questions. There is a lost item in the package and no one has gotten back to me in over a week. UPDATE: I received a response and I will be receiving a replacement. Thank you.

Das Gerät und Zubehör sollte ein Geschenk sein. Doch es entsprach nicht der Vorstellung. Deshalb beantragte ich eine Retoure. Den Kundendienst zu erreichen gelang nur nach mehrmaligen Email anfragen und Reklamation bei Klarna. Nun hat der Kundendienst sich sehr freundlich gemeldet, die Retoure konnte veranlasst werden - Deshalb aber nur 4 Sterne. Die Espressomühle an sich wirkt stabil und massiv, allerdings ist die Außenhülle aus Kunststoff. Über die Mahlleistung kann ich nichts sagen, da sie versiegelt war und ich sie nicht ausprobieren, weil ich sie retournieren wollte.

Initial issues with original delivery which meant a long delay in receiving the product. It does ship from China! However the company did provide tracking details and it did turn up in the end and I was also offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Have used the coffee machine several times already and seems like a sturdy product.
