Outstanding service. My nano failed unfortunately, but outin service was very fast and helpful!

Just placed an order and had trouble with my payment method and was able to get it cancelled and reordered before shipping. Do wish they had some way to do that from your order. It would make it a lot easier and a lot less stress. Just as one person commented there is an added fee they have tacked on for safe delivery. That goes without saying and I opted out but you have to catch that before you order. If you have issues with getting your items where you live it may be worth it. Also make sure and scroll down and look at all the items on your order because some items may not show up until you scroll down and you could end up ordering more than you planned. The points program is very hard to navigate and many of the things you can click on earn more points like adding your birthday do not work. They should also offer more options for using your points.

Quick delivery of a spare part dus to a defect.

Have been using my OutIn Mino for 10 months now. Portable, makes great tasting coffee, and easy to use and clean. Wish portions could be larger. If you use hot water the battery lasts forever, but only 3-5 cups using tap water. Have used it in Iceland, Denmark, Greenland, Spain, Honduras, and United States. Love it.
